Here are four tips I practice regularly:

Declutter & Clean – Tidy up your space, quickly clean, and reset your environment to create a fresh start for the week.

Plan Your Week – Review your schedule, set goals, and create a to-do list so you feel prepared and in control.

Meal Prep & Grocery Run – Plan meals or snacks to save time and make healthier weekly choices.

Early Wind-Down & Sleep Prep – Take time for yourself with a skincare routine, journaling, or a relaxing bath to recharge mentally and physically. Limit screen time in the evening, read a book, or do some light stretching to ensure a restful night before Monday.
